- Decaf: most espresso drinks can be made decaf or half-caf. 7 Brew says a decaf shot has about 2 mg of caffeine or less. Cold brew is the one coffee that cannot be made decaf.
- No coffee: 7 Fizz Sodas, smoothies, shakes, lemonades, hot cocoa, steamers and flavored milks. 7 Brew's guide lists no caffeine in its 7 Fizz, smoothies, shakes and lemonades, and decaf tea has 1 mg.
- Sugar-free: 7 Brew has sugar-free versions of many flavors, all 7 Originals can be made with them, and 7 Energy comes in Sugar-Free. Milk, breve mix and toppings still have sugar. Our 7 Brew flavors list shows which flavors come sugar-free.
- Vegan: oat, almond and coconut milk are plant-based and cost nothing extra. 7 Brew says all its flavors are vegan except caramel, white chocolate and dark chocolate.
Cup Sizes
Every drink line comes in kids, small, medium and large, except 7 Energy, which has no kids size. For lattes, breves, mochas and the 7 Originals served hot or iced, a small and a medium both have 120 mg of caffeine, so the medium only adds milk and flavor.
