The Cinnamon Roll is espresso with brown sugar cinnamon, white chocolate and 7 Brew's breve mix, the half-and-half that makes it creamy. (7 Brew's menu page writes the flavor as "brown cinnamon sugar.") 7 Brew says it "tastes like warm cinnamon sugar and creamy frosting, straight out of the oven." It comes hot, iced or as a frozen chiller.
It was on the menu from the start. QSR Magazine reported that 7 Brew's first stand in Rogers, Arkansas offered seven drinks, and the Cinnamon Roll was one of them.
Where It Sits Among the 7 Originals
A medium iced Cinnamon Roll is 500 calories with 47 grams of sugar, 25 grams of fat and 120 mg of caffeine, according to 7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026. That puts it in the upper half of the 7 Originals for calories: lighter than the Smooth 7 and Sweet & Salty (520 each), heavier than the Blondie (480).
Hot is the heavier way to order it, at 580 calories for a medium. The medium frozen chiller is 480 calories but has 233 mg of caffeine, against 120 mg in a small or medium hot or iced. A kids iced is 210 calories and 60 mg.
The Sugar-Free Cinnamon Roll is 400 calories with 6 grams of sugar as a medium iced, and drops to 200 as a medium frozen chiller. 7 Brew's guide lists it with soy as well as milk.
Is the Cinnamon Roll Good?
- The Daily Meal: Sarah Dealy put it on her order list in September 2026 and called it "creamy, sweet, and cinnamon-spiced."
- Customers: about 91% positive across 129 ratings at five stands. It was the #2 "Most liked" item at the Charlestowne Way stand in Augusta, Georgia and #3 at the Peach Orchard Road stand.
Its ratings varied more than most drinks', though: from 97% at Charlestowne Way (41 ratings) to 73% at the North Beltline stand in Columbia, South Carolina (19 ratings). If you have had one that was too sweet, ask for half sweet next time.
At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, it was priced like every 7 Original: $6.05 to $6.68 before tax, with most charging $6.05 and one price per drink rather than one per size (7 Brew prices). Our best 7 Brew drinks page puts it among the drinks where customers and critics agree.
