7 Brew's lemonades are caffeine-free and come three ways: iced, as a frozen chiller, or as a lemon freeze. You can add any 7 Brew flavor, and top them with cream, whipped cream or cold foam.
The cards above list every lemonade on 7 Brew's menu page with the official numbers for a medium iced drink where 7 Brew's guide lists them. The format you pick matters more than the flavor: the same lemonade can more than triple in calories as a lemon freeze.
Iced, Frozen Chiller or Lemon Freeze?
The format makes a bigger difference than the flavor. For a medium, 7 Brew's nutrition guide lists:

A lemon freeze is a creamy frozen lemonade, and 7 Brew's allergen chart lists it as containing milk. It is one of the highest-calorie drinks on the whole menu: a large lemon freeze is 950 to 970 calories, matched only by the large Tiger's Blood Piña Colada smoothie at 970. If you want something light and cold, an iced lemonade is the better pick.
A frozen chiller is close behind the lemon freeze: a medium lemonade chiller is 630 calories with 151 grams of sugar. Our 7 Brew chillers page compares every frozen drink.
The only sugar-free lemonade drink in the guide is the Sugar-Free Cocoberry, at 190 calories as a medium iced lemonade. The lemonade base itself has sugar, so sugar-free flavors only take you so far.

7 Brew's monthly featured menus in 2026 included several lemonades:
- Bubble Gum Lemonade (August): strawberry, vanilla and banana
- Trickshot Lemonade: blue raspberry, kiwi and white chocolate
- Cotton Candy Cream Lemonade: blue raspberry, watermelon and vanilla, topped with coconut milk and cold foam

At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, a lemonade cost $3.78 to $4.42. Four of the six charged $3.78. That makes lemonade one of the cheapest drinks on the menu, with plain tea and 7 Fizz.
