7 Brew is a drinks stand first. Its food menu is short: three muffin tops, plus a Pup Cup for dogs. There are no sandwiches, breakfast plates or hot food on the stand menus we checked.
Does 7 Brew Have Food?
Yes, but only a little. The online ordering pages of the six stands we checked in October 2026 listed these and nothing else:
- Chocolate Chip Muffin Top
- Blueberry Muffin Top
- Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Top
- Pup Cup (for dogs)
Not every stand carries all three muffin tops. The Beltline Boulevard stand in Columbia, South Carolina listed only the lemon poppy seed and blueberry ones.

The chocolate chip muffin top is the heaviest of the three, with 28 grams of fat. For drinks, see our 7 Brew nutrition facts. The blueberry one is the lightest, but at 470 calories it still has more than twice the calories of a medium iced latte (190).
Allergens
7 Brew's allergen chart lists all three muffin tops as containing egg, milk, soy and wheat. If you avoid any of those, the muffin tops are out.

The Pup Cup
The Pup Cup is 7 Brew's treat for dogs. One stand's ordering page describes it as a "cup of whip with a milk bone treat." It was $1.00 at every stand we checked that listed it.
7 Brew's nutrition guide lists its whipped cream as containing milk, so check with your vet if your dog has a sensitive stomach.
