The Best 7 Fizz Flavors, Ranked
Tasting Table writer Kyle Grace Trinidad tried 13 7 Fizz Sodas and ranked them in July 2026. From best to worst:
- Pixie Stick: "The orange and pomegranate get a wild twist with the hit of sweet perfumed almond."
- Fruit Roll Up: lavender and strawberry
- Blood Orange: "easily one of the most drinkable sodas"
- Heatwave
- Sour Gummy Worm
- Peaches and Cream
- Sunny 7

Several of these, like Pixie Stick, Heatwave and Sunny 7, are named 7 Brew flavor combos from its energy, tea and lemonade menus, ordered as a 7 Fizz. That is how 7 Fizz works: any flavor combo can go into the soda.
Customers seem to like 7 Fizz too. At one stand that showed ratings for it, 7 Fizz scored 93% positive across 15 ratings.
What 7 Fizz Costs
At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, a 7 Fizz Soda cost $3.90 to $4.42. Five of the six charged $3.90.

7 Fizz or 7 Energy?
The flavors are the same. The difference is the base:
- 7 Fizz is soda with no caffeine.
- 7 Energy is 7 Brew's own energy drink, with 105 to 114 mg of caffeine in a medium iced drink.
Pink Mermaid is a good example. On the stand menu it is a 7 Fizz Soda, but 7 Brew also sells a Sugar-Free Pink Mermaid 7 Energy in cans at Walmart. If you want any Fizz flavor with caffeine, ask for it in 7 Energy. Our 7 Brew energy drinks guide covers the energy side.
Seasonal and Featured 7 Fizz Drinks
7 Brew adds new sodas to its monthly featured menu. In 2026 those included:
- Drizzled Apple 7 Fizz Soda (October): green apple with caramel drizzle
- Tiki Tango 7 Fizz Soda (August): passion fruit and pineapple
- Earlier in the year: Trickshot (blue raspberry, kiwi and white chocolate), Lemon Drop (lemon and cane sugar) and Georgia Peach (strawberry and peach)
