Short answer: You can buy a 7 Brew gift card at any 7 Brew stand, online at shop7brew.com, or from some retail partners. Check the balance at rewards.7brew.com/giftcard or ask at a stand. The cards have no fees and never expire, but they only work in person at a stand. You cannot use them in the 7 Brew app, and there are no e-gift cards.
This page is based on 7 Brew's gift card page, its support FAQ and its gift card terms (last updated November 11, 2025).
Where to Buy a 7 Brew Gift Card
7 Brew lists three places:
| Where | Notes |
|---|---|
| Any 7 Brew stand | Ask your Brewista at the window. |
| shop7brew.com | 7 Brew's official online shop, which also sells merch. Since there are no e-gift cards, cards bought here are physical cards that get delivered. |
| Select retail partners | 7 Brew does not name which stores carry its cards. |
There are no e-gift cards. 7 Brew says its gift cards "are not currently available as eGift Cards," so every card is a physical card.
7 Brew does not list set gift card amounts on 7brew.com. Its online shop sold $10 and $25 cards when we checked on October 9, 2026, mailed by USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping is $6.99 on orders of $50 and under, and less on bigger orders. Ask at your stand for the amounts it sells. Our 7 Brew merch guide has the shop's shipping rates.
How to Check Your 7 Brew Gift Card Balance
- Online: go to rewards.7brew.com/giftcard and enter your card details.
- At a stand: any participating stand can look up your balance for you.
The 7 Brew app does not handle gift cards yet, so it will not show your gift card balance.
How to Use a 7 Brew Gift Card
- In person only. Gift cards work at participating 7 Brew stands in the U.S., including franchised stands.
- Not in the app. 7 Brew says gift cards "cannot be used as payment in the App at this time." If you order ahead in the app, you pay at the window anyway, so you can hand over your gift card there.
- Not for other gift cards. You cannot use one gift card to buy another.
Earn Rewards Points With a Gift Card
You do not earn 7 Brew Rewards points when you buy a gift card. You earn them when you spend it. Give your Brewista your phone number when you pay with the card, and the drink counts toward your points. Our 7 Brew rewards guide explains how points work.
7 Brew Gift Card Rules
| Question | Answer from 7 Brew |
|---|---|
| Do they expire? | No. "Gift Cards do not expire." |
| Are there fees? | No inactivity or service fees. |
| Can I reload it? | Yes, at any participating stand. |
| Can I move a balance to another card? | No. |
| Can I return it or get a refund? | No. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable. |
| Can I get cash for the balance? | Only where state law requires it. |
| What if it is lost, stolen or damaged? | 7 Brew may replace it at its discretion, but only with the original proof of purchase. |
Keep Your Receipt
That last rule matters. 7 Brew says you need your original proof of purchase for it to consider replacing a lost, stolen or damaged card. Keep the receipt from when you bought or reloaded the card, especially for larger amounts.
Getting Cash Back on a Small Balance
Some states require businesses to pay out small leftover gift card balances in cash. If you live in one of them, 7 Brew has a cash back request form at 7brew.com/gift-card-cashout-form. If you qualify, 7 Brew closes the card and mails you a check, and says it will respond within about a week.
Problems With a Gift Card
For any gift card problem, including a card bought online that never arrived, 7 Brew asks you to contact Guest Care through the form at 7brew.com/support.
Is a 7 Brew Gift Card a Good Gift?
For someone who already goes to 7 Brew, it is an easy one. The card never expires and has no fees, and the person still earns rewards points when they spend it.

During its 7 Days of 7 Brew deals, 7 Brew gave a free drink with $25 or more in gift cards in December 2023, and a free drink card for every $25 in gift cards in December 2025. Our 7 Brew holiday menu page has the details.
