Brew Lagoon at 7 Brew: Flavors, Calories, Price and Caffeine

7 Brew's menu sums up the Brew Lagoon in one line: "Lime adds the splash, blue raspberry brings the color, and coconut cools it all down in our Brew Lagoon 7 Fizz Soda." The base is 7 Fizz, 7 Brew's sparkling soda, so it has no caffeine.

Plenty of people call it the Blue Lagoon because of its color, and search for it that way. It is the same drink.

What Goes in It

Three flavors, lime, blue raspberry and coconut, in 7 Fizz, served iced or as a frozen chiller. 7 Brew suggests cream, whipped cream or cold foam on top "to make it your own." Cream turns it into a creamy blue soda.

Sugar, Calories and the Lime Problem

7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026 lists a medium at 250 calories and 64 grams of sugar, and lists the same numbers for the frozen chiller. Toppings are extra: the guide lists cream, whipped cream and cold foam separately.

You cannot make it fully sugar-free. 7 Brew marks blue raspberry and coconut as sugar-free flavors, but lime is not one of them. Ask for sugar-free blue raspberry and coconut with regular lime, or leave the lime out, to cut most of the sugar. The guide has no sugar-free Brew Lagoon to compare.

Is the Brew Lagoon an Energy Drink?

Not on today's menu. An older post on 7 Brew's Facebook page described the Brew Lagoon as Red Bull infused with coconut, blue raspberry and lime, from when 7 Brew used Red Bull.

You can still get it that way. 7 Brew says any of its flavors can go into 7 Energy, so ask for a Brew Lagoon in 7 Energy. The closest drink on the energy menu is the Ocean Breeze: blue raspberry and coconut in 7 Energy, without the lime. A medium Ocean Breeze has 105 mg of caffeine.

The switch costs more. At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, a 7 Fizz soda was $3.90 to $4.42 before tax. Most charged $3.90, which makes it one of the cheaper drinks on the menu. A handcrafted 7 Energy was $6.83 to $7.13. Our 7 Brew prices guide has the full board.

How to Make a Brew Lagoon at Home

Our simple version, not 7 Brew's recipe:

1. Fill a cup with ice.
2. Add about 1 tablespoon each of blue raspberry syrup and coconut syrup, and 1 to 2 teaspoons of lime syrup or fresh lime juice.
3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
4. Add a splash of cream if you want it creamy, or use an energy drink instead of sparkling water for caffeine.

Blue Raspberry and Coconut Cousins
