The Irish cream is one of 7 Brew's flavor syrups, like its vanilla or caramel, not Irish cream liqueur. It comes hot, iced or as a frozen chiller.
It is one of 7 Brew's original drinks: QSR Magazine reported that the first stand in Rogers, Arkansas offered seven drinks, and the Smooth 7 was one of them.

This is the 7 Original where customers and critics agree most. Across 88 ratings on the ordering pages of five of the six stands we checked, the Smooth 7 scored about 96% positive, the best score of any drink with 50 or more ratings. It was the #2 "Most liked" item at the Walton Way Extension stand in Augusta, Georgia, behind only the Blondie. The Daily Meal's Sarah Dealy put it on her order list in September 2026 and called it "smooth, creamy, and intriguing."

Tied for the Most Calories Among Iced Originals
A medium iced Smooth 7 is 520 calories with 51 grams of sugar, 25 grams of fat and 120 mg of caffeine, according to 7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026. It is tied with the Sweet & Salty as the highest-calorie iced 7 Original. A medium hot one is 600 calories. The medium frozen chiller is 490 calories but has 233 mg of caffeine, and a small has the same 120 mg as a medium.
Going sugar-free changes a lot here. The Sugar-Free Smooth 7 is 400 calories with 6 grams of sugar for a medium iced, so it saves 120 calories and 45 grams of sugar. As a medium frozen chiller it is 190 calories, against 490 for the regular Smooth 7 chiller. 7 Brew's guide lists the sugar-free version with soy as well as milk.
