7 Brew's coffee drinks come in two groups. The 7 Originals are the signature drinks the chain is known for, like the Blondie. The Classics are standard coffee drinks (lattes, mochas, breves, macchiatos, Americanos, cappuccinos and cold brew) that come plain or with a flavor. Most of them come hot, iced or as a frozen chiller.

The Coffee Bases, Explained
Every 7 Brew coffee starts from one of these bases:

Five of the seven Originals are breves, and two (Brunette and Banana Bread) are mochas. That is why they taste so different from a latte with the same flavors.
You can also order a House Blend drip coffee. It is listed on stands' ordering pages, and at $3.45 to $3.88 it was the cheapest coffee at every stand we checked that listed it.
What Is a Breve at 7 Brew?
A breve is espresso made with 7 Brew's breve mix, which is half-and-half, instead of milk. It is the richest base on the menu, and the one most of the famous drinks use: five of the seven Originals are breves. Our 7 Brew FAQ puts a plain breve next to a latte and a mocha.
The difference shows in the numbers. For a medium iced drink with no flavor added, 7 Brew's nutrition guide lists:

So a plain breve has less sugar than a latte but about twice the calories, almost all from fat. Flavors then add the sugar: a medium iced Blondie (a vanilla and caramel breve) is 480 calories.
7 Brew's printable menu suggests three breve flavors to start with: Caramel, Honeybun and Frosted Cookie.
Does 7 Brew Have Hot Coffee?
Yes. Every 7 Original and nearly every Classic comes hot, iced or as a frozen chiller. The exceptions:
- Cappuccinos are hot only.
- Cold brew is iced only. Stands' ordering pages also list House Blend drip coffee, the cheapest coffee we found at $3.45 to $3.88.
Hot drinks usually have a few more calories than iced: the guide lists a medium hot latte at 220 calories and a medium iced latte at 190. 7 Brew's printable menu, linked from its menu page, pairs each Classic with three flavors. It is a good shortlist if you are not sure what to add:

The 7 Originals: 7 Brew's Best-Rated Coffee
7 Brew calls the Originals "our fan favorites," and the Blondie its "most loved" one. The seven today are the Blondie, Brunette, Sweet & Salty, Smooth 7, Cinnamon Roll, Cookie Butter and Banana Bread.
The lineup has changed over time. QSR Magazine reported that 7 Brew's first stand offered seven drinks: the Blondie, Brunette, Smooth 7, Cinnamon Roll, White Chocolate Mocha, German Chocolate and Triple 7. Sweet & Salty, Cookie Butter and Banana Bread have since taken three of those spots. Some stands' ordering pages still list German Chocolate and White Chocolate Mocha, which is why they are in the mocha cards above.
Customers rate the Originals highly. On the ordering pages of six stands, the Smooth 7 scored about 96% positive across 88 ratings, and the Blondie was the "#1 Most liked" item at all six. Our best 7 Brew drinks guide has the full ranking.
Caffeine by Size
Caffeine does not rise in a straight line with size. 7 Brew's nutrition guide lists:

So a medium latte has the same caffeine as a small. If you want more, go large or add a shot.
Frozen chillers work differently. The guide lists a medium Blondie at 120 mg iced but 233 mg as a frozen chiller. Our 7 Brew chillers page has every frozen drink. A large plain Mocha chiller has 362 mg, the most of any coffee drink in the guide. A large Cold Brew is close behind at 357 mg, with only 30 calories.

A sugar-free 7 Original is still about 400 calories iced, because the breve mix is half-and-half. The guide even lists most sugar-free mochas with more calories than the regular ones: all six when hot, and five of the six when iced. Our 7 Brew nutrition facts page has every drink.

How to Customize Your Coffee
- Milk: whole, skim or breve, or oat, almond or coconut milk (Califia Farms) at no extra charge.
- Sweetness: 1/4, 1/2, regular or extra.
- Flavors: add one or several. Many come sugar-free. See our 7 Brew flavors list.
- Toppings and drizzle: cream, whipped cream or cold foam, plus caramel, white chocolate or dark chocolate drizzle.
- Extra shot or Protein Boost (15 g of protein for $2).
- Decaf: most espresso drinks can be made decaf or half-caf. 7 Brew says a decaf shot has about 2 mg of caffeine or less. Cold brew cannot be made decaf.
