The Pink Mermaid is really three drinks: a caffeine-free 7 Fizz Soda at the stand, an energy drink if you ask for it in 7 Energy, and a Sugar-Free Pink Mermaid 7 Energy can sold at Walmart. All three use watermelon, coconut and strawberry.
The 7 Fizz on the Menu
According to 7 Brew's menu page, the Pink Mermaid 7 Fizz Soda "combines watermelon, coconut, and strawberry with fizzy soda." 7 Fizz is 7 Brew's line of handcrafted sodas, and every one is caffeine-free. You can top it with cream, whipped cream or cold foam, and order it iced or as a frozen chiller.
A medium is 240 calories with 61 grams of sugar in 7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026, and all of those calories come from the flavors: a plain 7 Fizz Soda is 0 calories. The frozen chiller version is listed with exactly the same numbers. The guide does not list a sugar-free Pink Mermaid for the stand.
At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, the 7 Fizz cost $3.90 to $4.42, and five of the six charged $3.90.
Pink Mermaid With Energy
Ask for "a Pink Mermaid in 7 Energy," with Original or Sugar-Free 7 Energy as the base. 7 Brew says you can put any of its flavors in 7 Energy, and this is one of the fan orders on our 7 Brew secret menu list. The secret menu also has a Pink Mermaid Smoothie: a strawberry smoothie with watermelon and coconut.
7 Brew does not list nutrition for a Pink Mermaid 7 Energy, but flavored 7 Energy drinks on its menu have 105 mg of caffeine in a medium iced. It costs the same as any handcrafted 7 Energy, $6.83 to $7.13 at the stands we checked, so at the stand the soda is the cheaper version. Our 7 Brew prices guide has the rest of the board.
The Sugar-Free Can at Walmart
Since August 2026, 7 Brew has sold a Sugar-Free Pink Mermaid 7 Energy in 12 oz cans at about 1,100 Walmart stores and roughly 450 Walmart fuel stations. It lists the same three flavors, has 114 mg of caffeine and costs $2.48. 7 Brew says the flavored cans are sold only through Walmart, not at its stands. Is the Pink Mermaid Good? Can vs Soda
Tasting Table's two reviews split by format:
- As a can: in Tasting Table's August 2026 review, the writer said the Pink Mermaid "might just be" her favorite of the 7 Brew canned energy drinks.
- As a 7 Fizz: Tasting Table's July 2026 ranking of 13 7 Fizz Sodas put the Pink Mermaid #11. The writer found the three flavors got muddled together and did not recommend it.
If you want a fruity soda, the top-ranked sodas in that test were the Pixie Stick, Fruit Roll Up and Blood Orange. If you want the Pink Mermaid flavor with energy, the can is the version a reviewer liked best.
