7 Brew describes the Sunrise as "bright peach and raspberry flavors that taste like the start of a really good day." The base is 7 Energy, the energy drink 7 Brew makes under its own name, either Original, which is sweetened, or Sugar-Free, which 7 Brew says has 0 grams of sugar. It comes iced or as a frozen chiller, and 7 Brew says you can add cream, whipped cream or cold foam, or change the sweetness level.
Sunrise Caffeine, Iced or Frozen
7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026 lists 105 mg for a medium iced Sunrise, a little less than a medium 7 Brew latte (120 mg). A large has 133 mg, and there is no kids size for 7 Energy drinks.
The frozen chiller has about half the caffeine of iced: 55 mg for a medium, with 180 calories. Our 7 Brew chillers page explains the difference. The 10-Calorie Sugar-Free Sunrise
With Original 7 Energy, a medium iced Sunrise is 230 calories with 57 grams of sugar. The Sugar-Free Sunrise is listed at 10 calories and 0 grams of sugar for a medium iced, with the same 105 mg of caffeine, a saving of 220 calories and 57 grams of sugar. A sugar-free small is 0 calories, and a large is 10 calories with 133 mg.
That makes it one of the easiest energy drinks on the menu to order without sugar. Peach and raspberry are both among the flavors 7 Brew uses in its sugar-free drinks, and the only other flavored sugar-free 7 Energy drinks in the guide are the Ocean Breeze and the Brewberry.

Peach and Raspberry Without Caffeine
You can ask for peach and raspberry in a 7 Fizz Soda, 7 Brew's caffeine-free soda, or in an iced tea on the decaf base. 7 Brew's own Georgia Peach tea and 7 Fizz use peach with strawberry, which is close. The 7 Brew Fizz flavors and tea, chai and matcha guides have both menus.
