The Banana Bread is a 7 Original made with espresso, banana, hazelnut and 7 Brew's mocha mix. 7 Brew's menu page describes ripe banana and nutty hazelnut with bold espresso and "our exclusive mocha mix," which is what adds the chocolate. The company says it is "so good, it earned its spot as one of our 7 Originals," and promises "straight-from-the-oven taste." Some 7 Brew pages call it the Banana Bread Mocha; it is the same drink. It comes hot, iced or as a frozen chiller.
There are really two banana bread drinks at 7 Brew. The official one is a mocha. The other, the Banana Bread Blondie, is a fan favorite that Tasting Table ranked as the best 7 Brew coffee. The nutrition numbers are for the official drink.
The Lowest-Calorie 7 Original, Iced
A medium iced Banana Bread is 340 calories with 53 grams of sugar, 10 grams of fat and 120 mg of caffeine, according to 7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026, which makes it the lowest-calorie 7 Original when ordered iced. A medium hot one is 400 calories. The frozen chiller is the heavy option: a medium is 620 calories, almost twice the iced calories, with 260 mg of caffeine. A small has the same 120 mg of caffeine as a medium.
The Sugar-Free Banana Bread cuts sugar, not calories. A medium iced is 380 calories with 6 grams of sugar, 40 calories more than the regular drink, because the guide lists 24 grams of fat for it against 10. As a medium frozen chiller, though, it is just 160 calories, against 620. If you want the regular syrups but find 53 grams of sugar too much, try it half sweet.
The Banana Bread Blondie
The Banana Bread Blondie is not on 7 Brew's menu. It is a Blondie, the vanilla and caramel breve, with banana and hazelnut added, so you order it by asking for "a Blondie with banana and hazelnut."

The difference from the official Banana Bread is the base. The Blondie version is a breve made with half-and-half, so it is creamier and heavier; the official one is a mocha, so it is lighter and chocolatey. 7 Brew does not list nutrition for the Banana Bread Blondie, but a regular medium iced Blondie is 480 calories before the extra flavors.
The official Banana Bread is priced like any 7 Original, $6.05 to $6.68 before tax at the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026 (7 Brew prices). We could not confirm whether stands charge extra for the flavors added to a Banana Bread Blondie.

Tasting Table's review of the cans called the Banana Bread can "a bit of an oddball," though the writer said she could be convinced to buy it again. To give a regular Banana Bread the cold brew's finish, ask for cold foam and dark chocolate drizzle on top.
