The White Chocolate Mocha is espresso with 7 Brew's mocha mix and white chocolate. A 7 Brew stand's ordering page describes it as "A White & Milk Chocolate Mocha."
It has been around since the start. QSR Magazine reported that 7 Brew "debuted with seven choices," and the White Chocolate Mocha was one of them.
Mocha Mix, White Chocolate Sauce and Milk

- White chocolate sauce. 7 Brew's allergen chart lists its white chocolate sauce as containing milk, and its sugar-free white chocolate sauce as containing milk and soy. Oat, almond or coconut milk cost nothing extra, according to 7 Brew, but the mocha mix and white chocolate sauce still contain milk.
Like the German Chocolate, it has no page on 7brew.com right now. It is still in 7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026, and stands list it on their ordering pages. If yours does not, ask for a mocha with white chocolate, or start from the "Build your own Mocha" on 7 Brew's menu.
Frozen Is Where the Calories Climb
A medium iced White Chocolate Mocha is 370 calories with 57 grams of sugar and 120 mg of caffeine, according to 7 Brew's nutrition guide, and a medium hot is 430 calories. A small has the same 120 mg of caffeine as a medium, and a large has 240 mg.
The frozen chiller has the most caffeine: a medium is 660 calories with 93 grams of sugar and 260 mg of caffeine, and a large chiller is 930 calories, among the highest in the guide.
Sugar-Free White Chocolate Mocha: Less Sugar, More Calories
The Sugar-Free White Chocolate Mocha cuts the sugar in a medium iced from 57 grams to 6 grams. White chocolate is one of the 15 flavors 7 Brew marks as sugar-free, and the white chocolate drizzle comes sugar-free too.
But it has more calories, not fewer: 420 for a medium iced, against 370 for the regular one. The guide lists 26 grams of fat for the sugar-free version and 11 for the regular. How Customers Rate It, and the Price
It is one of the most liked drinks we found. On the ordering pages of four of the six stands we checked, the White Chocolate Mocha had 91% positive ratings across 126 ratings. It was the #2 most liked item at a stand in Columbia, South Carolina, behind only the Blondie, and #3 at a stand in Augusta, Georgia.
One Columbia, South Carolina stand charged $6.05 for it, the same as its 7 Originals like the Blondie, while a plain mocha there cost $5.73. To mix chocolates, order 7 Brew's Tuxedo Mocha, a mocha with dark and white chocolate. White chocolate also goes into the Sweet & Salty and the Funnel Cake Macchiato.
White Chocolate Mocha Recipe
Our simple home version, not 7 Brew's own recipe:
- Pull 2 shots of espresso, or use about 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce and 2 tablespoons of white chocolate sauce while the coffee is hot.
- Add about 1 cup of milk and pour over ice.
- Finish with whipped cream or a white chocolate drizzle.

7 Brew does not name a brand. Its allergen chart lists a white chocolate sauce, which contains milk, and a sugar-free white chocolate sauce.
Is the White Chocolate Mocha vegan?
No. 7 Brew's support page says white chocolate is one of its few flavors that are not vegan, and its allergen chart lists milk in the white chocolate sauce and the mocha mix.
