How Many 7 Brew Locations Are There?
On October 9, 2026, 7 Brew's own location directory listed 934 stands in 38 states. Of those, 906 were listed as open and 28 were marked "Coming Soon." 7 Brew's website rounds it to "900+ Stands" in "38 States."
The chain has grown fast. Year-end counts from 7 Brew's franchise disclosure documents (FDD), next to today's directory:

The 2025 count leaves out two stands without a drive-thru window, in Arkansas and Ohio. 7 Brew held a grand opening for its 777th stand, in San Antonio, Texas, on June 15, 2026, and its 2026 FDD projected 447 new stands (437 franchised and 10 company-owned) in the 12 months after December 31, 2025.

Texas has more than twice as many 7 Brew stands as any other state.

The states with the fewest are Massachusetts and Montana, with one stand each (in West Springfield and Helena), then Arizona, South Dakota and Wyoming with three each.

What States Have 7 Brew?
These 38 states have at least one 7 Brew stand in its directory: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
States Without a 7 Brew
There is no 7 Brew in 12 states: Alaska, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. There is none in Washington, D.C. either. None of these has a stand marked coming soon.
That means no 7 Brew anywhere on the West Coast yet. That may change. In its 2026 franchise disclosure document, 7 Brew projected new stands during 2026 in California (three franchised and one company-owned), Delaware, Idaho, Maine, Nevada and New Hampshire, and it had signed franchise agreements for stands in Hawaii and Vermont that had not opened. Three of the Salad and Go sites below are in Nevada too. No dates have been announced for any of them.
New 7 Brew Locations and the Salad and Go Deal
The 28 stands marked "Coming Soon" are listed above with their opening dates. Twelve were listed to open on October 12, 2026, and thirteen on October 19, 2026. Ohio has the most marked coming soon, with four: Austintown, Canton, Greenville and Powell.
Three stands are still marked coming soon even though the date on their page has passed: Biloxi, Mississippi (March 2, 2026), Greenville, Ohio (June 22) and Elizabethtown, Kentucky (August 3). All three pages already show customer reviews, so they may be open. Check the stand in the 7 Brew app before you drive over.
The bigger news is in Arizona. On September 29, 2026, KTAR News reported that a federal bankruptcy judge approved the $123.5 million sale of 63 Salad and Go restaurant leases to Brew Culture LLC, 7 Brew's parent company:
- 36 are in Arizona: 30 in metro Phoenix and 6 in Tucson.
- The other 27 are in Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada. Restaurant Dive, citing a press release from Salad and Go's law firm, breaks those down as roughly 19 in Texas, 5 in Oklahoma and 3 in Nevada.
- Timing: KTAR reported the sale was expected to close by October 15, 2026. Restaurant Dive says the sites "will be converted to 7 Brews over time." Neither report gives opening dates.
- Dutch Bros had first agreed to buy Salad and Go sites. 7 Brew outbid it at an August 31 auction, and Dutch Bros is the backup bidder.
For scale, Arizona has only 3 stands in 7 Brew's directory today (Queen Creek and two in Tucson), and Nevada has none.
Where Was the First 7 Brew?
In Rogers, Arkansas. Ron Crume opened the first 7 Brew there in 2017, and the company is now based in nearby Springdale. Northwest Arkansas still has 16 of the state's 45 stands, including 3 in Rogers, 4 in Springdale, 3 in Bentonville and 2 in Fayetteville. Read the full story in who owns 7 Brew.
7 Brew Hours at Most Stands
Hours are almost the same everywhere. 858 of the 934 stands are open 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Payments and Ratings
Payments: all 934 stand pages list the same nine ways to pay: cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and contactless payment. The 7 Brew FAQ covers paying in the app and with gift cards.
Ratings: 904 stand pages show a star rating and a review count, adding up to 277,926 reviews. The reviews carry a Google logo, so they appear to be Google reviews. Weighting each stand's rating by its number of reviews gives an average of 4.61 out of 5. That is our arithmetic, not a number 7 Brew publishes.
Among states with at least 10 rated stands:
- Highest rated: Mississippi (4.77), Kansas (4.69) and Alabama (4.69), with Texas just behind (4.68)
- Lowest rated: Wisconsin (4.43), Kentucky (4.44) and Illinois (4.46)
The most-reviewed stand is in Cincinnati, Ohio, with 1,885 reviews and 4.7 stars. Eight stands with more than 500 reviews show 4.9 stars: two in Edinburg, Texas, one each in Corpus Christi, Kilgore and Tyler, Texas, and one each in Clinton, Mississippi, Milledgeville, Georgia and Portsmouth, Virginia.
