Short answer: 7 Brew Rewards is free. You sign up with your phone number, earn 100 points for every small, medium or large drink, and can trade 1,000 points for a free drink of any size. That works out to one free drink after every 10. Points expire if you go 12 months without a qualifying purchase.
The program changed in August 2026, when 7 Brew launched its first app. Kids-size drinks and 7 Energy cans stopped earning points, free drinks stopped being added automatically, and you can now save points for merch. Here is how it all works now.

How to Join 7 Brew Rewards
- Sign up at 7brew.com/rewards or in the 7 Brew app. 7 Brew says you only need your phone number: "No card needed, no catch."
- Give your phone number at the window every time you order, or check in with the app. Your Brewista uses it to find your account.
- Earn and redeem. Your points build up with each drink.
You do not need the app to use rewards. 7 Brew says you can keep earning and redeeming points at the stand and online without it.
How You Earn Points
You earn 100 points for each small, medium or large drink you buy at a participating stand.

Two rules catch people out:
- Kids drinks and cans stopped counting on August 12, 2026. Before that, they earned points too.
- Gift cards earn points when you spend them, not when you buy them. Give your phone number when you pay with a gift card so the points land in your account.
What You Can Redeem Points For

Once you hit 1,000 points, you choose: take a free drink now, or bank your points for bigger rewards. 7 Brew says the merch options include keychains, t-shirts and sweatshirts, and its rewards page shows items like:
- Brew & Chill Mini Fridge
- 7 Originals Letterman Jacket
- Founding Pour T-Shirt (pink or blue)
- Brew Access Baseball Cap
- Coffee Chat Crewneck
7 Brew does not list how many points each merch item costs on its website. The options and point prices show up in the app's Rewards tab as you earn more. For merch you can buy, see our 7 Brew merch guide.
Is 7 Brew Rewards Worth It?
If you buy 7 Brew more than a few times a year, yes. It costs nothing, and the math is simple:
- 10 drinks earn 1 free drink. You get 11 drinks for the price of 10, roughly 9% off each one.
- The free drink can be any size. A reward covers a small, medium or large drink, so using it on a large or a pricier drink gets you the most out of it. At the six stands we checked in October 2026, smoothies were the most expensive drinks at $7.05 to $7.41.
The program also matters to 7 Brew. Its 2025 franchise disclosure document describes the "buy 10 drinks get the 11th free" program as "highly utilized by our repeating customer base."

The 7 Brew Rewards App
7 Brew launched its first mobile app on August 12, 2026. It is free on the iPhone App Store and Google Play.
What the app does:
- Order ahead at participating stands
- Customize drinks from 7 Brew's 20,000+ combinations
- Unlock the secret menu, which 7 Brew says is in the app for the first time
- Track and redeem points in the Rewards tab
- Save favorites with the heart icon and reorder recent drinks
- Find nearby stands
Before you use it:
- You pay at the window, not in the app. When you pull up, tell your Brewista you ordered in the app. They check you in and take payment, and your drinks are made fresh.
- You need a rewards account to order. You can browse the app without one.
- One order at a time. You cannot place a second order until the first is done.
- Pick up the same day. Mobile orders are cleared at the end of each day.
- Gift cards do not work in the app yet. Use them at the stand.
- Wrong stand or wrong drink? Cancel the order and place a new one.

7 Brew says your old points moved to the app automatically. Any free drinks already saved in your account stay as free drinks and do not turn back into points.
7 Brew Deals and Coupons
We did not find coupon codes anywhere on 7 Brew's website. Its deals come two ways:
- Rewards offers. 7 Brew says members earn points "towards free drinks & special offers," and the app shows the reward offers you can redeem.
- Limited-time deals posted on 7 Brew's What's New page. The current one is Fill-A-Tray on Saturday, October 31, 2026: four medium drinks for $17, with all customizations included and the discount applied automatically at checkout.
- 7 Days of 7 Brew, seven days of deals in December. Our 7 Brew holiday menu page has the 2025 schedule.

Does 7 Brew Have a Birthday Reward?
Yes. 7 Brew's support FAQ says Rewards members get a free birthday drink. All you need is a registered 7 Brew Rewards account: the reward loads into your account automatically and stays available for one week after your birthday.
If the birthday on your account is wrong, 7 Brew asks you to send the correct date and your rewards phone number through the contact form at 7brew.com/support.
Do 7 Brew Points Expire?
Yes. Points and saved free drinks expire if you make no qualifying purchase for 12 months (365 days in a row). Any qualifying purchase on your account resets the clock.
How to Check Your 7 Brew Points
- In the app: tap the Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Online: log in at 7brew.com/rewards.
- At the stand: give your phone number and ask your Brewista.
If your points look wrong, 7 Brew asks you to use the form at 7brew.com/support and pick "App" as the subject. That is also how to report app bugs or delete your account.
