7 Brew's whole description of the Pixie Stick is "You know what it tastes like," a nod to the candy it is named after. The flavors, as listed on 7 Brew's website and printable menu, are almond, orange and pomegranate, and they go into 7 Energy, the energy drink 7 Brew makes under its own name. You choose Original or Sugar-Free 7 Energy, iced or as a frozen chiller, and 7 Brew says you can add cream, whipped cream or cold foam, or change the sweetness level.
Pixie Stick Caffeine and Calories
7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026 lists a medium iced Pixie Stick with Original 7 Energy at 105 mg of caffeine and 230 calories with 56 grams of sugar. A large reaches 133 mg, and there is no kids size for 7 Energy drinks.
The medium frozen chiller has about half the caffeine of iced: 55 mg, with 180 calories. The FDA says 400 mg of caffeine a day is not generally linked to negative effects for most adults, and that medical experts advise against energy drinks for children and teens. Can You Make It Sugar-Free?
Not as a listed drink. 7 Brew's nutrition guide has sugar-free versions of only three flavored 7 Energy drinks: the Ocean Breeze, Brewberry and Sunrise. Orange, pomegranate and almond are also not among the flavors we found in 7 Brew's sugar-free drinks.
What you can do is order the Pixie Stick with Sugar-Free 7 Energy, which 7 Brew says has 0 grams of sugar. The flavors will still add sugar, so ask for 1/4 or 1/2 sweet to cut it further. 7 Brew does not publish numbers for that combination.
The Pixie Stick 7 Fizz: #1 of 13 Sodas
The same flavors work in a 7 Fizz Soda, 7 Brew's caffeine-free soda. In July 2026, Tasting Table writer Kyle Grace Trinidad tried 13 7 Fizz Sodas and ranked the Pixie Stick first: "The orange and pomegranate get a wild twist with the hit of sweet perfumed almond." The soda is also the cheaper order. At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, a handcrafted 7 Energy drink like the Pixie Stick cost $6.83 to $7.13 before tax, and most charged $6.83. Pixie Stick vs Ocean Breeze, Sunrise and Nightshade
The Pixie Stick has the same caffeine as every flavored 7 Energy drink, 105 mg for a medium iced, so the flavors are what set it apart:

Is the Pixie Stick a 7 Fizz or a 7 Energy?
On 7 Brew's menu it is a 7 Energy drink, but you can order the same flavors in a caffeine-free 7 Fizz. Tasting Table ranked the Pixie Stick 7 Fizz the best of 13 sodas.
How much caffeine is in a Pixie Stick?
A medium iced Pixie Stick has 105 mg of caffeine. A Pixie Stick 7 Fizz has none.
