The Cookie Butter is espresso with toasted marshmallow, hazelnut, white chocolate and 7 Brew's breve mix, which is half-and-half, so it is creamy like the other breve Originals. 7 Brew calls it "that cookie-butter flavor you know and love" and describes the result as "warm, toasty, and unmistakable." It comes hot, iced or as a frozen chiller.
There is no cookie butter syrup in it. The cookie-butter taste comes from mixing three of 7 Brew's regular flavors, which also means you can order the same flavors in other drinks.
It is a newer Original. It was not among the seven drinks QSR Magazine reported on 7 Brew's first menu, and 7 Brew says it was popular enough that "we had to promote it to our 7 Originals."
Calories and the Lightest Sugar-Free Original
A medium iced Cookie Butter is 490 calories with 46 grams of sugar, 24 grams of fat and 120 mg of caffeine, according to 7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026. Hot is heavier, at 570 calories for a medium. The medium frozen chiller is 470 calories but has 233 mg of caffeine, and a small has the same 120 mg as a medium.
The Sugar-Free Cookie Butter is the lightest sugar-free 7 Original in the guide: 370 calories with 6 grams of sugar for a medium iced, and just 150 calories as a medium frozen chiller, against 470 for the regular chiller. The guide lists it with soy as well as milk.
The Cookie Butter Latte and Other Off-Menu Versions
If you want the cookie butter flavor with fewer calories, ask for a latte with toasted marshmallow, hazelnut and white chocolate instead of the breve. A latte is made with milk rather than half-and-half. 7 Brew does not list a Cookie Butter latte in its nutrition guide, but for comparison a plain medium iced latte is 190 calories and a plain medium iced breve is 400.
Looking for a Cookie Butter Blondie? It is not on the menu, but you can order one: ask for a Blondie with toasted marshmallow, hazelnut and white chocolate added.
You can also try the secret menu Cinnamon Roll Cookie Butter, a latte or breve with the Cookie Butter flavors plus brown sugar cinnamon, an extra shot and white chocolate drizzle (see the 7 Brew secret menu).
One Review, and It Said Skip
The stands' ordering pages did not show customer ratings for the Cookie Butter, so we only have one review to go on. The Daily Meal's Sarah Dealy put it on her skip list in September 2026, saying she could not quite pin down what it tasted like. She ordered her drinks small with almond milk, which takes the cream out of a breve.
If you like sweet, nutty dessert coffee, try it the way 7 Brew makes it, with the breve mix. If you want a 7 Original with a clearer flavor, the Cinnamon Roll and Smooth 7 both made The Daily Meal's order list.
It should cost the same as any 7 Original: $6.05 to $6.68 before tax at the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, with most charging $6.05. The 7 Brew prices guide has the rest of the menu.

Does 7 Brew have a cookie butter syrup?
Not that we found. The Cookie Butter gets its flavor from three regular 7 Brew flavors, toasted marshmallow, hazelnut and white chocolate, and no cookie butter syrup appears on 7 Brew's menus or in its nutrition guide.
Can you get a Cookie Butter latte at 7 Brew?
Yes. Ask for a latte with toasted marshmallow, hazelnut and white chocolate. It is made with milk instead of breve mix, so it is lighter.
