Short answer: 7 Brew has four sizes: kids, small, medium and large. 7 Brew does not publish cup sizes in ounces. Customers report a small at about 16 oz, a medium at about 24 oz and a large at about 32 oz. 7 Brew's nutrition guide backs up that 2:3:4 pattern, and its cold brew and tea numbers put the kids size at roughly 10 oz. 7 Energy comes in small, medium and large only.
7 Brew Cup Sizes in Ounces
| Size | Cup, approximate | Where the number comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Kids | About 10 oz | Our estimate from 7 Brew's nutrition guide |
| Small | About 16 oz | Customer reports |
| Medium | About 24 oz | Customer reports |
| Large | About 32 oz | Customer reports |
7 Brew's official menu shows four cup icons labelled Kids, S, M and L, with no ounces. Its nutrition guide and the online ordering page we checked for one stand do not give ounces either.
The small, medium and large figures come from customers:
- A February 2025 review of a Columbus, Ohio stand in Orange Media, a high school paper, said "The small is 16 oz," the medium 24 oz and the large 32 oz.
- A November 2025 review in The Knox Student mentioned "A small 16-oz coffee" and "a large 32-oz coffee".
- A review on 7 Brew's own page for its High Point, North Carolina stand says "They offer sizes up to 32 ounces"
None of them say whether those sizes are for hot or iced cups, and hot cup sizes are not widely reported.
What 7 Brew's Nutrition Guide Shows About Size
The nutrition guide does not list ounces, but it does list caffeine for every size. For simple drinks with no milk, the caffeine goes up in almost exact steps:
| Iced drink | Kids | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cold brew | 112 mg | 179 mg | 268 mg | 357 mg |
| 7 Energy | Not offered | 76 mg | 114 mg | 152 mg |
| Black tea | 53 mg | 85 mg | 128 mg | 170 mg |
| Green tea | 25 mg | 40 mg | 60 mg | 79 mg |
In every row, a medium has about 1.5 times the caffeine of a small, and a large has about 2 times. That is the same 2:3:4 ratio as 16, 24 and 32 oz, which fits the sizes customers report.
In every row with a kids size, the kids drink has about five eighths of a small's caffeine (112 of 179 mg, 53 of 85 mg, 25 of 40 mg). If a small is 16 oz, that puts a kids cup at about 10 oz. This is our own math from 7 Brew's cold brew and tea numbers, not a size 7 Brew has published, and it is not true of every drink: a kids Pink Mermaid has exactly half a small's calories.
Which 7 Brew Drinks Come in Which Sizes
| Drinks | Sizes | Served |
|---|---|---|
| 7 Originals and 7 Classics (Blondie, lattes, mochas and more) | Kids, small, medium, large | Hot, iced or frozen chiller (cappuccinos hot only, Americanos hot or iced) |
| Cold brew | Kids, small, medium, large | Iced |
| 7 Energy | Small, medium, large | Iced or frozen chiller |
| 7 Fizz sodas | Kids, small, medium, large | Iced or frozen chiller |
| Teas, chai and matcha | Kids, small, medium, large | Hot or iced (the guide also lists frozen chillers for some teas, chai and matcha) |
| Lemonades | Kids, small, medium, large | Iced, frozen chiller or lemon freeze |
| Smoothies and shakes | Kids, small, medium, large | Blended |
7 Energy is the only drink line with no kids size. See every drink in each line in our 7 Brew energy drinks, 7 Brew 7 Fizz and 7 Brew smoothies guides.
7 Brew Caffeine by Size
Caffeine does not always grow with the cup. For hot and iced espresso drinks, 7 Brew's guide lists the same caffeine in a small and a medium:
| Drink | Kids | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Latte, breve, mocha or 7 Original, hot or iced | 60 mg | 120 mg | 120 mg | 240 mg |
| Americano, hot or iced | 60 mg | 120 mg | 180 mg | 240 mg |
| Cold brew | 112 mg | 179 mg | 268 mg | 357 mg |
| 7 Energy | Not offered | 76 mg | 114 mg | 152 mg |
| Ocean Breeze 7 Energy | Not offered | 67 mg | 105 mg | 133 mg |
| Iced chai latte | 8 mg | 13 mg | 19 mg | 25 mg |
So a hot or iced medium Blondie or latte has no more caffeine than a small; it just has more milk and flavor. A large has double. If you want more caffeine in a medium, 7 Brew's menu lets you add an extra shot.
Most regular coffee frozen chillers are different. They step up with every size: a Blondie frozen chiller has 91, 152, 233 and 304 mg from kids to large, and a latte chiller 101, 162, 243 and 324 mg. The exceptions are the plain, Caramel, Honeybun and Frosted Cookie breve chillers and every sugar-free coffee chiller, which the guide lists at the same 60, 120, 120 and 240 mg as a hot or iced latte.
Hot tea is different. The guide lists the same caffeine for a kids, small and medium hot tea, and about double for a large: 11 mg then 21 mg for hot black tea, and 50 mg then 99 mg for hot green tea.
For every drink's caffeine, see our 7 Brew caffeine chart.
7 Brew Calories by Size
Calories rise with size. For six well-known drinks, iced (the smoothie is blended), 7 Brew's guide lists:
| Drink | Kids | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blondie | 230 | 280 | 480 | 560 |
| Brunette | 190 | 250 | 370 | 500 |
| Lemonade | 80 | 140 | 200 | 270 |
| Pink Mermaid 7 Fizz | 80 | 160 | 240 | 320 |
| Ocean Breeze 7 Energy | Not offered | 180 | 240 | 360 |
| Strawberry smoothie | 190 | 310 | 460 | 620 |
Hot milk drinks (lattes, breves, mochas and the 7 Originals) have more calories than iced at every size. A medium Blondie is 480 calories iced and 610 hot. Our calorie calculator adds up any drink with toppings.
Which 7 Brew Size Is the Best Value?
7 Brew does not post prices by size online. The ordering pages we checked for six stands show one price per drink and do not say which size it is for, so we cannot give a price per ounce. One of the few size-by-size prices we found is in the February 2025 Columbus, Ohio review: $4.50 small, $5.70 medium and $6.35 large, without naming a drink. Prices have changed since and vary by stand.
What the nutrition guide does show:
- For caffeine in hot or iced espresso drinks, skip the medium. It has the same caffeine as a small. A large doubles it.
- For cold brew and 7 Energy, each step from small to large adds caffeine in even steps.
- For fewer calories, a small saves a lot. A small Blondie is 280 calories, against 480 for a medium.
For current prices at six stands, see our 7 Brew prices guide.
The 7 Brew Kids Size
- Coffee drinks: a hot or iced kids latte, Blondie or other espresso drink has 60 mg of caffeine, half a small.
- Cold brew: a kids cold brew still has 112 mg of caffeine, close to a small latte.
- No kids 7 Energy: 7 Energy starts at small.
- No caffeine: 7 Fizz sodas, lemonades, smoothies and shakes have none in any size, according to the guide.
- Kids drinks no longer earn rewards points. 7 Brew stopped giving points for kids-size drinks in August 2026. See our 7 Brew Rewards guide.
