7 Brew's tea menu has three parts: flavored teas on six tea bases, chai lattes and matcha lattes. Teas and chai lattes come hot or iced, and 7 Brew's nutrition guide also lists frozen chillers for the chai and matcha lattes and for black, green and Paris tea.
The cards above list every drink on 7 Brew's tea menu with the official numbers for a medium where 7 Brew's guide lists them. The tea base you choose decides the caffeine, from 1 mg to 128 mg in a medium iced tea.
The Six Tea Bases
7 Brew's fruit teas come on whichever base you choose: black, green, Paris, Earl Grey, Cinnamon Spice or decaf. The base decides the caffeine. For a medium iced tea, 7 Brew's nutrition guide lists:

Iced and hot tea are very different. The guide lists a medium hot black tea at just 11 mg, against 128 mg iced.
Plain teas have no calories. A flavored tea gets its calories from the syrup: a medium iced Georgia Peach black tea is 170 calories with 42 grams of sugar, and the sugar-free version is 0.
What is Paris tea at 7 Brew? It is one of the six tea bases, with the second-highest caffeine after black tea when iced. 7 Brew does not describe its flavor on its website or menus. 7 Brew's own Paris teas are the Mango, Raspberry and Island Dream Paris teas. - Hula: pineapple and strawberry, on any base
- Sunset Black Tea: cherry, pineapple and coconut
- Sunny 7 Black Tea: passion fruit and peach
- Summer Breeze Black Tea: banana, passion fruit and peach
- Mango Paris, Raspberry Paris and Island Dream Paris (pineapple, coconut and vanilla) teas
- Cloud 9 Earl Grey: lavender and vanilla
- Honeybee Earl Grey: honey and lavender
- Vanilla Earl Grey: vanilla
- Cinnamon Spice teas: Caramel, Peach, and Honeybun (honey, brown sugar cinnamon and white chocolate)
- Decaf teas: Lavender, Blackberry and Vanilla
You can top any tea with cream, whipped cream or cold foam.
7 Brew Chai Drinks
7 Brew's chai lattes are low in caffeine: 16 to 19 mg for a medium iced drink. They are sweeter than the teas.

7 Brew Matcha Drinks
7 Brew's matcha comes as a latte, hot, iced or as a frozen chiller, which doubles the caffeine to 34 mg for a medium. 7 Brew describes it as its "new & improved matcha."
The surprise is the caffeine: a medium iced matcha latte has just 17 mg in 7 Brew's guide, far less than an iced latte (120 mg).

The Cloud 9 was The Daily Meal's tea pick in its September 2026 review, called "light and balanced." Sugar-free versions of the Strawberry and Cereal Milk matcha lattes are listed at 230 and 260 calories.
