Named after the fruit snack, the Fruit Roll-Up is strawberry and lavender. 7 Brew sells it as the Fruit Roll-Up Lemonade, "All the fun of being a kid, minus the sticky fingers," and it comes iced, as a frozen chiller or as a lemon freeze. You can also order the same flavors as a 7 Fizz soda or in 7 Energy.
The Lavender Twist
Lavender is the surprise in this one: Tasting Table's reviewer, trying the green tea version, wrote that "it leans heavily on strawberry, with the surprising addition of lavender." 7 Brew suggests cream, whipped cream or cold foam on top "to make it your own."
Iced vs Frozen Calories
7 Brew's nutrition guide dated October 1, 2026 lists a medium iced lemonade at 270 calories and 66 grams of sugar, the frozen chiller at 620 and the lemon freeze at 720, so the frozen versions have more than twice the calories. A large lemon freeze reaches 960 calories with 205 grams of sugar, and the guide lists milk as an allergen for the lemon freeze. All three versions are caffeine-free.
There is no sugar-free version in the guide, and you cannot build one. 7 Brew marks strawberry as a sugar-free flavor, but lavender is not, and the lemonade itself has sugar: a plain medium lemonade is 200 calories with 49 grams of sugar.
Tasting Table's #2 7 Fizz
Tasting Table ranked a Fruit Roll Up 7 Fizz #2 of 13 7 Brew sodas in July 2026, behind only the Pixie Stick. The reviewer said "this 7 Fizz earns its Fruit Roll-Up title" and that "lavender and strawberry are excellent bedfellows." The nutrition guide does not list this version.
7 Brew says any of its flavors can go into 7 Energy, so you can also ask for strawberry and lavender in an energy drink.
Price barely changes between the two caffeine-free versions. At the six stands we checked on October 5 and 6, 2026, a lemonade cost $3.78 to $4.42 before tax and a 7 Fizz soda $3.90 to $4.42. Our 7 Brew prices guide covers the rest of the menu, and the 7 Brew 7 Fizz guide lists every soda.
Fruit Roll-Up Green Tea Lemonade
On May 1, 2026, 7 Brew featured a Fruit Roll-Up Green Tea Lemonade with its new lemonade lineup. 7 Brew described it as strawberry and lavender "with half green tea & half lemonade." Because of the green tea, it has some caffeine, though the nutrition guide does not list it. It was featured from May 2026 and is not on 7 Brew's menu now, but every part of it still is, so you can ask for it.
Tasting Table's review of the new lemonades counted it among the hits, but said "It doesn't fully lean into the throwback flavor of a true Fruit Roll-Up." The other lemonades are in our 7 Brew lemonades guide.

Does the Fruit Roll-Up Lemonade have caffeine?
No. The lemonade, chiller and lemon freeze are caffeine-free. The Fruit Roll-Up Green Tea Lemonade, a 2026 featured drink, has some caffeine from the green tea.
Can you get the Fruit Roll-Up as a 7 Fizz?
Yes. Ask for strawberry and lavender in a 7 Fizz. Tasting Table ranked it the second-best 7 Brew soda it tried.
